Scissor lifts offer a cost-effective solution to transport vehicles from driveway to basement.

Single scissor car lifts are designed for pit installation and use a scissor mechanism to raise a vehicle from basement level to the driveway, or vice versa at the touch of a button. A scissor mechanism delivers a smooth transition between floors with precise positioning. Our bespoke car lifts can be designed to enable the driver to remain in the vehicle whilst the lift is in motion known as “Person-On-Board”.

All our scissor car lifts employ a self-supporting platform with its own roof cover offering the ability to park cars on the lift roof. However, when raising the car lift from basement level, the roof must be clear. End-users wishing to keep cars parked on the car lift roof whilst raising a second vehicle out of the basement will need a scissor lift with a load bearing roof.

Our column car lifts are designed for either indoor, or outdoor use and can be built within a self-supported structure or to shaft walls. A column car lift ensures that loads are equally distributed on each column by a revolutionary equalising system, thus ensuring the platform is 100% level providing accurate positioning between floors; an ideal lifting solution for car storage facilities, car show rooms and factories.

Our column floor-to-floor lifts can be supplied with a hot dip galvanised finish increasing longevity when installed in an outdoor environment. As all of our lifts are bespoke, they can be designed and finished with custom-surface materials to blend with existing interiors and surrounding floors, including the use of client branding.
