This flexible parking solution enables architects, contractors and end-users to deliver maximum car storage for both for commercial and residential projects where space is limited such as courtyards, obsolete garages or basements located in city centres. It is an extremely versatile, modular parking system that is flexible and can be adapted to various urban areas.

Cars entering the automated parking system are driven onto a motorised platform, and once the system has confirmed the safety of the vehicle it will then transport the car to an available space. On returning to pick up a car, in larger systems, a pre-booked time can be scheduled using our innovative smart phone app, which allows the automatic parking system to store the vehicle closer to the exit for faster retrieval, minimising delivery time. Where possible, installation of a bespoke car turntable makes it possible to orient the vehicle so that it can easily be driven into and out of the parking space. All car movement can be monitored by a central hub which houses a user-friendly PC-based interface, via cameras placed throughout the system.

Total Lifting Solutions have taken the safety of clients and vehicles into consideration; all entrances to the parking zone are electrically interlocked and monitored to prevent anyone from entering the automatic vehicle movement areas, and the underground parking system can be fitted with a fire detection and an extinguishing systems to ensure that the vehicles in storage are safe. Automated parking systems such as these ensure safe access for our clients to retrieve their cars, avoiding stairwells, narrow or dark access routes.
