Four 30 Car Lift

Car Parking System for PIT installation. It consist of Self-Supporting Platform with it's own roof cover allowing Parking of cars above it. Ideally designed to optimize parking space in those residential homes where the standard above ground garage may have reduced dimensions.

Four 30 car lift will work using the homes standard electric supply (240V., 1,5KW absorption). It has a very sturdy 4 columns structure ensuring perfect stability and easy installation. The roof can be prepared for a layer of tiles the customer may choose for.

Versatility: the machine is perfectly suitable to every residential utilization and can easily be installed in condominium spaces, gardens, houses, villas or town homes.
The platform is customised from: Width: 2.200 mm; 2.500 mm e 2.700 mm (current available widths).
Transiting roof cover suitable for tiles applications (<70kg m²): Upon the machine is inside it's pit the roof cover appearance can match the existing floor.
Low voltage commands with "Dead Man" push buttons.
Mechanical system stability of the platform.

Safeties

Cylinder parachuting valve (or burst valve).
Platform electro-magnetic locking system engaged for the whole vertical lifting travel. Enhanced lifespan of the hydraulic circuit.
Low voltage commands.
Vehicle positioning control sensors (optional) = the control sensors stop the operation of the platform in the even that the vehicle should move while lifting or lowering it.
Vehicle presence control sensors on the roof (optional), to disable operations in case a vehicle is present on the roof while the platform is being lifted.
Warning buzzer with control key to allow safety operations when lowering the platform and 500mm from ground has been reached. The lowering operation can then be completed by the control key enabling further decent of the platform.
