In-ground parking lift system designed for an independent
parking of up to three vehicles: two of them are hidden and secured underground
whilst an optional third vehicle is parked on the surface above.
This parking systems suits best downtown houses courtyards in a view to easy
multiply parking spaces.
The electric hydraulic lifting system features a sturdy self supporting double
scissors structure powered by lifting cylinders, which fits a reinforced
concrete deep shaft. Platforms are anti-skid type. The upper deck can be
prepared for special finishes to match the existing driveway
(maximum 70kg m2, 5cm thick). A galvanised pit frame to be placed around the
shaft for collecting water is provided with for any outdoor use. Frame dimensions vary according to tiles
thickness.
A number of these car parking lifts can be easily installed side by side in
order to gain a considerable amount of parking spaces.
